Meet Holly Milstead ABR, CRS, GRI, SFR Holly Milstead, the lead Realtor on The Milstead Team. Holly’s Real Estate career began in 1989 when she joined her parents in the family business. She has remained a top producer yearly since then. That same year, the Milstead family purchased a Coldwell Banker franchise and became Coldwell Banker Milstead Real Estate. After 10 years with Coldwell Banker, the decision was made to join a very innovative Keller Williams Realty. Holly’s reputation for family values and genuine concern for each and every client has earned her the trust and support of not only her clients but also her peers. Education is a top priority for Holly. Holly specializes in McKinney, Frisco, Allen, Plano, Prosper, Celina, Fairview, Lucas, Anna, Melissa, and also the remainder of Collin and Denton Counties. As a lifetime resident of McKinney, Holly understands the inner workings of the community and is able to use her knowledge of the past and present to give the best advice to her clients. She has been a member of Rotary International since 1995, The McKinney Chamber of Commerce since 1989, provided numerous volunteer hours and support for Habitat for Humanity and The Samaritan Inn. Holly is also a past graduate of Leadership McKinney.
